mrlazy, I try to avoid giving costing in my stories, because:

1) costs change all the time, so you need to do your own up-to-date research on the web to find the best way to suit your current budget.
2) it spoils the storyline; I just want to document my trips and not be bothered by other details.

Thanks, mrlazy, but I’m really a budget traveller. Yes of course, one needs to find time to travel, but the trips themselves need not be pricey, especially when doing independent travels.

I’m using tripadvisor just for the cool ‘travel map’ I paste at the bottom of my web pages - I haven’t actually documented any trips there. Everything is on travel.nuraina.com.

But if you are looking for a site to ‘plan’ your trips, then I’d recommend http://tripit.com - found it very useful.

btw,I notice you using TripAdvisor to document your travel. I like to document a bit of mine too, i wonder if you can recommend any other options other then Tripadvisor? thanks!
