I missed Seville from my itinerary that 1995 trip.  I hope to make amend some time, if I can emulate you.

"Turn right to turn left" is akin to a highway where in our case we always have to exit left and then only we can turn right, right? or wrong?

Anyway, driving in a foreign country with a foreign road system and all, is a feat in itself.  You could pat yourself at the back.  And the joy of experiencing first hand the richness of your destination in terms of history, culture, eco tourism, is always rewarding.
